Hey all, I am planning to start a new cutting cycle next week but want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row before I start. Last time I went off half cocked and it made it very hard to maintain. Here is my proposed intake:
Meal 1: Protein Shake and 2 fish oil pills (130 cals/3g fat/2carb/23g pro)
Meal 2: One can tuna (150 cals/2.5g fat/ 30g pro)
Meal 3: Turkey Sandwich (110 cals/3g fat/11g carb/ 14g pro)
Meal 4: Protein Shake (165 cals/2g fat/4.5 carb/ 35g pro)
Meal 5: Protein Shake (165 cals/2g fat/4.5 carb/ 35g pro)
Meal 6: Turkey sandwich (110 cals/3g fat/11g carb/ 14g pro)
Meal 7: Chicken breast + .5 cup rice (410 cals/ 6.5g fat/ 34g carb/52 g pro)
Meal 8: Chicken breast (240 cals/ 4.5g fat/ 48 g pro)
Meal 9: Turkey Sandwich + 2 fish oil pills (130 cals/5g fat/11g carb/ 14g pro)
Meal 10: 2 eggs + 1 T. Peanut Butter (260 cals/ 16g fat/ 8 carb/ 19 g pro)
All in all: 1950 cals/ 53g fat/ 87g carb/ 300g pro
or
24%fat/ 16% carb / 60% pro
I am 6'0" 198 lbs. I don't have my BF % but i am an ectomorph of there ever was one. I made it so I have many meals because I am a snacker. I tried 6 meals with larger portions but was still hungry less than 2 hrs later. I will be drinking 1 gal water a day as well. Any ideas of what I can do? The more hyper critical the better. Thanks.
