well i had took these pics awhile ago ill get new pics maybe in 3 months. But Can you guys tell if there is any difference? like gained. fat or muscle , lost please say what every what i should do now. Should I cut or Bulk???
I didn' flex in one i hope that doesnt make a difference..

Why are you worried about cutting and bulking? Do you understand what they both mean? I suggest you work on your diet,workout hard and improve your strength.

I know i must work hard and now I got my diet under control. Thanks to Chris mason,Maki riddington, saint patrick and brewski053 :smoke: Thanks guys . But would it be easier For me to bulk up then cut even though i would lose some muscle?

Just keep lifting and gain some mass and then cut harder. I am trying to do both right now because there is no way i am going to stop lifting at this point. You already are "bulked" in a sense. It really depends on how easy you think it would be to cut.

Lean... so i guess i should start cutting then.... lol. Is there any diffrence in the pics though?
Can't see any difference , sorry ... but again in 3 weeks you can't see any improvement not at this stage
You definitly need to cut down a bit , i would do you good , then go back up the good way ( so no mcdonalds diet or something :) )
I don't really see any difference in the pics; if you want to be lean, it should be self-evident that you need to cut.

Ok there isn't much difference in the pictures, so far your PR's are:
Deadlift : 140
my advice would be to work on getting your bench over 200
your deadlift atleast 60 lbs over bodyweight
and squat atleast 305
That way when you cut you will have more than enough mass, it is going to take hard work and lots of clean food. GOOD LUCK! :whip:

yup, i can't see any difference either, if you wanna be lean, i'd suggest you cut now to see how much muscle mass you actually got, then bulk up again, it's a cycle man.

Stomach looks a little smaller, do as the others advise. Try to get your maxes up so when you are cutting, it is also building muscle.

yeah I can see a different, but don't stop, I would suggest working out moderately and doing 60 minutes of cardio a day about 4 x's a week. Workout 3x's a week (not like the bodybuilders lift) just like 3-5 sets per muscle once a week, I think you can't miss that way. Don't try to lose weight through dieting as much as exercising, and cardio. Don't stop eatting period, but eat about 5x's a day small cup size portions (thte metric cup) like for meal one a cup of rice, a cup of green beans and a bowl of like chicken or something.... got it? I hope to see some update pictures up! Wanna see that vascularity!! Don't worry about strength or size loss or if you feel like you got smaller, thats normal, just keep aiming towards getting leaner and more FIT. Whatever you do though in the gym, make sure you keep lifting even when mega dieting, You'll end up losing more longterm if you don't workout at all.
