Got a question regarding the injection of Growth Hormone,

I understand that injections are not done intra-muscular, but instead subcutaneous injection is done.

However ive heard of some amateur/pro bodybuilders injecting into areas where joint injuries/issues remain. How would you inject say into the shoulder?

Shots can be taken intramusclar as well but for shoulder injury shot should be done sub-q on the front delt right before the pec tie-in. With injuries shots are best administered as close to the damaged tissue as possible however hitting a tendon with a needle would probably cause you to blackout with pain so your only attempting to get near the tissue.

Cool, cheers ST much appreciated.

I've got a friend who competed a few years back and she broke her leg in the run up to a comp. She went on a course of GH (site injecting) and made a recovery nothing short of a miracle!!! Like you say the shoulder is more complicated than the quad for example.

I'll be probably starting it in a few weeks, so ill keep you all posted on how things pan out.

Is it also possible that hyperslasia can occur with gh site injections? or is that just another myth?
