I was wondering if depression is a side effect of not taking enough of a certain vitamin or mineral or to much of a certain vitamin or mineral?

Depression CAN be the result of a nutritional deficiency although it is not NECESSARILY the result.

Why do you ask the question? You can PM me if you wish.

interesting topic. i know somebody who suffers from depression, and its hard for them to even eat, they just dont really feel like doing anything. so theyre missing out on the vitamins and minerals they should be getting from every day foods.
