how do i establish ideal calorie intake so as to max muscle gains and minimise fat gains while bulking,
if using a calorie calculator do i put in my current weight or my current weight minus estimated bodyfat or my target weight or my target weight including body fat at that time?????
how much calories are burnt doing heavy weight lifting
should i consume less calories on days of rest?

why do people say only workout for one hour in gym?
do you only grow while asleep and what are the implications of having bad sleep paterns
i am considering some extra supplemtns such as flax seed oil ribose and glutamine any thoughts

Eat enough calories so you're gaining a pound per week.
