I have a question regarding the breakdown of grams of Carbs/proteins/fats for my refeed.
I'm planning on eating about 3672 kcals which equals a 62/18/20 (c/p/F) ratio.
62% ~ 2232 kcals of carbs.
My question is, how do I figure out how many grams of Carbs that is?

4 calories in every gram soo...
2232 / 4 = 558g Carb

Don't forget when calculating fat to divide by 9.
4 for protein and carbs, 9 for fat, so on a straight 40/30/30 or 60/20/20, you'd consume a touch under half the weight of fat as you would protein.
You'd be at 81.6g of fat.
Now... why is your protein level lower than your fat level (percentage wise, you're at 165g protein for 18%.

Inaccurate math. Too many numbers for my liking at the present moment. Guess that tends to happen when staring at a computer screen for too long.
