I'm 1.86m, I believe that's 6'2, it's on you to decide if you believe me or not, I just don't understand why you guys think I would lie about my weight :confused:

There not saying that you lieing about your weight. They are saying that you do not look like you weigh 220 pounds, unless you are quite tall.
if you were 5 foot 6 and weighed that much at your BF level. i would expect you to look bigger in chest etc.
But i have a friend of simialr height to you. hes a little bigger. When he was 220 pounds he looked about same size as you.

You have a good base to work on and can get some good mass on there as your look quite antrually broad.

remember 220 ripped is a lot different to 220 fat, not saying this dude is fat but use your imagination of how many pounds of that IS muscle and how many is water and fat and food.
