does anyone have any good links to or articles on high protein diets and the long term implications of such?
are certain protein sources healthier in long term
some countries have high protein diets due to say high fish consumption like scandinavia japan etc do these people have higher kidny liver cardio vascular probs??
i am consuming 300grams a day and am 100kgs and just started a bulk ,is this enough ?

I'd say it's more than enough. You should be getting in at least 1 g/lb of bodyweight as a general guideline. Just drink lots of water.
