View Full Version : Anyone Heard of a Protein Called 90+?
Hey, When I Visited a Local Supplement store called Taits, i was recomended "90+". Does anyone have any Information about this product? Or has anyone Tried it?

i use it
3 scoops = 45g protein, 1g carbs, 1g fat
1kg costs £14.50 at the gym i use
good stuff tho, everyone who i know that bodybuilds uses it

45g of protein for 3 scoops is pretty crappy.
At Large's Nitrean has 24g for ONE scoop. Optimum Nutrition's Whey has 23g for one scoop. Same goes for most other protein powders.

Are they 1g of fat though? Thats also part of what caught my attention. What I have now is 1g of fat per 20some g of protein.
