On depletion workout days, do you have all your meals before you workout? Does it matter? I thought about the reasoning behind a depletion workout, and i thought it would be more benefical to have all my meals before the workout, as opposed to having a meal after my workout.. I have been doing the latter for the past two weeks.. any help would be appreciated

it doesnt matter in the grand scheme of things, you've already done two weeks how's the fat loss?? if its good then why the need to change anything.

Its great so far..but it could always be better you know? If doing someting as simple as switching the time i lift or eat will yeild better results then im all for it
