Lately i cant practicly eat any oats anymore , i just get so stuffed of the **** i even cant finish it , though it was only one cup.

Is there a good equivalent for oats to eat pre-workout ? Need something that doesnt fill up so quickly but still is good like oats.

how soon before you workout are you looking to take these carbs?

How much calories of oats do you eat? I can usually manage 450(1.5 cups uncooked) no problem, but there is too much fiber beyond there. I like to have oats and water equal, not half like the box says. Maybe the water may be filling you up.

How about oatmeal pancakes? It's still oats but it should taste a lot different.

Yams aren't very filling imo, neither is brown rice.

lol, this thread seems to have gone full circle. How are you eating them? I love to just letting them sit in cold milk in the fridge for a bit then put some honey on them. Damn they taste good that way.

Maybe if you just change up how you eat them, you won't have to find a replacement.

Eat them raw
1cup oats + 1cup water (or milk) in a blender. blend for 10-15 secs on high.. makes a slightly grainy shake, but easiest way to get them in.
