on my 1500 cal a day diet, what sorta weight should i be looking to lose each week?

bare in mind i have 1 piss up day, where i have around 4 pints, and a few shots?

should i still be aiming for 3-4lbs a week, i dont think ive lost a lot of muscle, coz ive been lifting the same, and also feel i can lift a bit more than i have been doing?

but i wanna lose this **** fast, then put muscle on, what dya guysthink?

You're losing too much weight/week. You're better off doing it slowly, and being patient.

Yeah, Drop it slow unless you want to spend insane amounts of time at the gym trying to regain lost LBM. :(

I'm in England, I guess 4 pints and a few shots is a conservative piss-up estimate... :-)

Since a piss-up reduces metabolism and fat burning well into the next day, I suggest going for a morning HIIT or cardio session, and blow that hang-over (and kebab) away a.s.a.p. Dont think I've seen a scientific study done on hung-over beer drinkers, so I'm going on instinct here :-)

I read 1-2 lbs/week is good.
