i was just wondering if i can get some help on a diet, im just starting to work out and need to have this figured out.
basically i'v been a skinny kid my whole life, i worked out for a few months while i was 15 or 16 and didnt really see any results, this was due to the fact that i was never a big eater. now im 18, im 5'11 and like 135 and its really starting to piss me off so i need to change that.
also would something liek creatine help me? i heard you see no results out of that unless you work out EXTREMELY hard but then i also heard that even with minimal workout im gona gain weight on it. im looking to dedicate about 4-5 days a week to workout so i cant go completely all out.

so any kinda imput is apreciated wether it be links for diet plans or workout routines or just whatever.

The most important thing is you need to get your diet in order...I believe you already know this. If you don't eat, you won't grow...period.
