BF%: 19-21(visual estimate)
Goal weight is 300, not too concerned with BF%
Friday was my first day back to the gym all summer.
Chest/Bi's
Flat BB Bench
205x15/235x12/250x10
Incline DB

Cable Flyes

Preacher Curl

21's
2 sets @ 85 lbs
diet consisted of 4 fast food meals since i havent gone shopping since vacation. i had 5 cheeseburgers and 3 ales at 4am after work last night at the slacker bbq.
goin to costco today to stock up on beef n fish. doin legs this evening.

diet sucked, improving.
Are you 6'10 or something? That's a lot of lean mass.

all my fat is in my gut and man boobies. i actually get described as a powerlifter build. visible muscle under a few layers of stubborn fat that ive never gotten rid of. so i say screw getting lean, just wanna get bigger/stronger.

ah, that's where my fat is too! However, I don't even look like a powerlifter. But I agree, screw cutting, bulking's the place to be.

but nm...
i cant wait till i bulk now. its ok being fat, no one is really bothered, coz at the end of the day iff u have muscle underneath, whos gonna mess with ya :P
anyway , good luck on getting bigger webb, ill stop by now and then see whats goin on

Gimp, my best was 296 about this time last year. Then between a wedding, school, working a million hours it all went away:(

yeah maybe they should be called forearm curls, but traditionally known as wrist curls.
if you perform them right you feel a nasty burn in the forearms, especially with rope twists arghhhh
