i've been lifting for some time now (6 months) and ive noticed some gains in size but really nothing in how lean i am or what not.. my question is, what do you guys think is a great workout for adding considering size but lean bulking size... should i eat just pure protein over the myoplex meal replacements that carry alot of calories too? im just confused on what to eat and what is a great workout.. if anyone could help itd be good.. and does anyone know how i can post a picture of myself so someone can critique and let me know what needs work (mostly everything i think) im still stuck in the skinny mindset and i wanna get guns like this guy ----> :shoot:

clean bulking, adding calories each week so your adding muscle and not just fat.

theres a lot of bulking people on here, goto there journals and look around, ull see what sorta stuff u should be eating, also get a good split in your training so u dont overtrain, and get plenty of rest :p
