The first pic is before I started working out. The second pic is after I'd been working out for 3 months. I've been trying to bulk up, get the v-shape, and carve my abs and pecs. Having some difficulty. Just wanted some input. I should probably update my pics though. They're over a month old.

Here are some better, more recent pics. Critique me please. Do my lats need more size? And if so, what can I do to help them. Pull-ups and pull-downs kill my left shoulder. It pops every time I do a rep. BTW, estimate my BF% before and after if you could. I think even though I have more defintion, I've gained more body fat.

The pic makes me look bigger than I am. I'm 5'10", 145lbs, and I'm 19. I wann try to get up to 150-160lbs. What workout are you talking about exactly? Can you post a link?
Fellow newbie here. You have decent cuts and look bigger than 145 in those more recent pics, imo. I'm also 5'10", near 150, and you look bigger than me. Could be the lighting I guess. And like you I've gained definition but also feel like I've gained more bf, but that comes with the territory ie putting on size. Like you, my short term goal is 160ish while keeping BF relatively low (under 15%). Your bf looks low to me, I'm now like 11-12%, and you look more cut, so I'd guess you're like 10% maybe? Just my guess.
