I've been having this most days for breakfast, cheap and tasy as well as a lot of protein and a good start of carbs for the day.
250g rolled oats (unprocessed) 25g protein, 50g carbs
100g granulated nuts 25-30g protein, about 50g is fat (only 7 or so g of sat. fats)
1.5cup skim milk
flavour with maple syrup or whatever to taste better
I've believed this is a great start to the day. The proteins from the nuts (actually peanuts I believe are considered legume) and the oats combine to form a complete protein with all the essential amino acids, has good start of carbs for the day and some sugars.

I'd add a fish oil supplement or two.

Sounds good, except why do you want sugar?

mostly for flavouring, but nothing wrong with a bit of glucose in the morning.
I'm not saying its a good thing, you're best to get it through your fruits and stuff in the form of fructose.
