If you go on a no carb diet for a long period of time, say goodbye to your hard earned muscle. I kinda cringe when people say they are going as low as 100 carbs a day to none. Maybe I'm wrong, but aren't carbs necessary (about 1.5 to 2 grams per pound of bodyweight) when getting cut to maintain muscle? And I'm not talking about simple carbs.

won't lose muscle during CKD or TKD if done correctly.

Those whom I've talked to who have done CKD say they get really 'flat' though.

that flat look isn't muscle loss. Its just glycogen depletion. The fullness returns after carbs are re-introduced.
