hey guys im back.... aint been around here due to uni and gymmin and the likes, but i have been training, and hopefully making some progress... i found a better way to photograph myself as well. here is my last update:

all comments are welcome, since then ive added deadlifts and seated military press, instead of dumbells. Ive hit a new deadlift max of 3 x 130kg

thanks fella's, is there anything i should be working on in particular.

those measurements arn't entirely accurate as of this moment... because i havn't had the time to update them, but i will soon enough.

I would say you could work on lats, forearms, and chest, but your traps and shoulders look great

anyone else got any comments, or a rough estimate to my bodyfat levels?

football will be over in like a week, and i will be able to do proper leg workouts now :)

yeah i weighed in today at the gym at 75kg, which is 165 pounds.... well back in the day i was 180 pounds.

Althought i hit a new benchpress max of 100kg or 220 pounds... nearly put it up a second time as well, was just spotted a little bit.

Did a new pb for deadlifts on monday, hit 140kg twice (310 Pounds) so next week imma try for 150kg or 330 pounds.

i will be starting squats next week once footy is done, but i get the feelin they wont be up there with my other 2 lifts, but thats something to work on at least.

but thanks for the comments dude, just make sure to train sensibly and eat plenty, and if you train consistantly, be patient and you will see results!
