My goal is to get bigger and stronger.

Right now I'm 15 years old, weigh 167 lbs at 13% bf and I am 5'11 & 1/2.

I keep my diet clean, drink lots of water, and eat all the food I can.

I stopped lifting about four months ago and need to get started again!

Sad.. I need to work harder at these :bang:

Post workout snack - 1 apple, 23 grapes, 1 peach, 1 orange.

cool what goals are u setting yourself?
do u use a gym?

and be patient, yer only 15 ;) ugot plenty of growing to do naturally ;P

Today/Yesterday (im on nightshift) I ate..
Lunch - 2 hot dogs with chopped pickles, chopped onions, mustard & ketchup on whole wheat bread with a can of Dr.Smooth
Supper - 1 potato, brocoli, 2 hamburger patties, 1 glass of milk.

This mornings workout...

DB Stability Ball Press - 45lbs

DB Floor Press - 45lbs

BB Front Press - 70lbs

Ğragons - My goal right now is 180 pounds at 10-13% body fat by next august and currently I don't use a gym.

ericg - Thanks man, I started lifting when I was 13 and at that time I weighed in at 130 around 18% body fat and probably about four feet tall. :(

Keep it up! Don't worry you will get stronger just keep hittin those weights.

P.S. NOT GONNA BE WORKING OUT MUCH OTHER THAN SKULL CRUSHERS AND CURLS BECAUSE BIG ARMS ARE ALL I CARE ABOUT :bang:

I think you're gonna need to do more than bench and curl 100 reps to get big. Do you have any particular reason why you don't work your legs and back?
