How long has it been since you last posted?

I definetly notice a difference in your bicep pics and you back looks a little thicker. Keep doing what your doing looking good so you gained what 5lbs, if you did it happened pretty wuick keep at it. Great work :thumbup:

Dude 6 weeks & 5 pounds is just a baby step. Post some more pics when you're 190.

it take a while before I am 190 or above!!
