Hi Everyone! I have been training for like a year when i was around 16, but I haven't trained for the past 4 years. I would like to pick up training again since I feel weak, soft and fat. Here are my pictures, please give me advice on how to begin, thanks. My pecs are not symmetric for some reason, left side seems higher... Weill I know my body doesn't look good, it looks soft, so I need Your experienced suggestions, thanks!

By the way, I am 172 cm tall and I weight 130lbs, 20 years old

think about a training split and a meal plan..maybe 3,000 calories and or a 5 day split...dunno..there are a lot of variables...do you have a general idea or what you are trying to accomplish?

I would like to get more definitions and look harder, cause seriously I am not cutted right now, you see no definitions on my arms and body

Yeah about 3k to 3500 cals a day, don't lift super heavy keep all set within the 8-12 range and make sure you have good form. Some basic split

Mon Chest-Tri's (push)
Weds Back-Bi's(pull)
Fri Legs-shoulders

Make sure you do the big three Bench- Deadlift - Squat

Eat clean and good luck you have the base now get to work. :strong:

sure, thanks, I'll try that :D , btw, does anyone notice that my left pec is higher than my right one :confused: I wonder what's wrong, maybe it is because my back bone is slightly curved...
