Been lifting in the garage most of 3 years.
Bench, currently 225x6 (was 260x6 about 6 months ago)
Squat, parallel 395x6 (I need to buy more plates)
All natural, all my life (isn't that obvious?)
Bad diet. :bang: I have a weakness for pizza
