Small steak
bowl of total with skim milk
10 oz tall glass oj

Lunch:2 Chicken sandwiches, like, 10-11 ounces of chicken, moreor less, I don't know my weights, homemade. from wheat bread. the Chick is boiled. 1 pint of milk

3:30 1 can of tuna on wheat bread, 1 banana
12 oz glass of oj

Dinner: Small assortment of steamed veggies. 10 oz of chicken, small bowl of rice, 12 oz glass of oj

10:30 24 oz of skim milk Tuna on wheat, 1 banana

I drink plenty of water through the day, my sleep lags cause of insane HW, this will stop when i get to my easy semester. I need to cut weight wherever possible. Without muscle killing.

The first thing you have to do is to reduce the juice.(oj)Your fructose intake is very high.

Hmmm, unless you mean losing fat, lol...that's probably what you mean now that I think about it. :rolleyes:

In which case, I agree, drop all that juice! You could probably drop the banana in the last meal too.

well, while we're on the subject, i really need to get stronger, much stronger, would consuming two extra cans of tuna a day help me achieve this?

How fat are you? Getting a lot stronger and losing fat at the same time is hard to do. Realistically, you might have to decide which goal is the most important right now. It doesn't look to me like you're eating all that much food, so if you cut down too much, I think you'd have a hard time maximizing muscle gains.

I just wanted to cut some uselessf food, stuff that won't help me much but put on a lot of fat, I want to get stronger than I am now.
