Hi Im a newbie to bodybuilding, but I have been lurking around here for about a year now. I used to be really skinny - was around 150lbs at 5'9 about a year ago. I read up here and started bulking a couple of months ago now I am 22 y/o at around 175-178 last time i weighed myself at maybe 15-16% BF.. I used to Muay Thai kick box so my legs and calves are pretty big and solid.
Anyway I never joined a gym before. I just have 25lb, 20lb, and 10 lb dumbells and I havent really lifted any weights in almost 3-4 months now.
I will probably be joining a gym within the next few months when extra cash is available but for now I only have some dumbells, and will be doing pushups/situps while eating alot I plan on hitting 180-190 before cutting..
anyway I'm a major newb and I have read the forums and the articles on the site.. like I said, I will be working out at my home for a few months before I can afford to join a gym, can anyone give me some advice on what kind of excersices to do with what I have available? and how to do them right, please explain the terms also I'm not familiar with lifting terms. maybe someone can provide a link to a site where they show how to lift and do pushups properly.
here are a few pics. thanks in advance!
