View Full Version : small timeline from february - now
hey, first off im only 15 years old - here's three pics, one from february, one from beginning of july, and one from just now. I really haven't been working out as much as I would like lately, you can't see too much difference in these pictures. Lately when I have time to workout (which is rare) I've been working on mainly upper body stuff like shoulders and traps... you can see a little increase in them, nothing significant. Just wanted to share it and hear what you have to say - any comments, suggestions, areas that need work......yea.

Eat more. Squat and/or deadlift.

You should try taking all your pictures with the same lighting in the same room.

Either way, you're looking big for 15! I'm 15, and I don't look like that (yet). Good work, how long you been working out?

good prgress for 15 :)
well I used to work out a lot more... (like when I was 13 - 14) and I've always been really athletic. I played football and rugby during school year, and I always do pushups and crunches when I find time... So I've been off and on working out for the last 3 years pretty much. I'm gonna try getting back to a steady workout this school year, I didn't work out much this summer because I worked a lot, and I wasn't in the mood for working out much after I worked 12 hour days. I'm about 5'8 135 (I am pretty lean, if you didn't notice.)
