I'm not sure where to begin. I was talking to a guy in the gym tonight that uses creatine, amino acids, and hydroxycut. I think he cycles on and off the hydroxycut and creatine. Does this sound like a good plan.
What would you recommend as far as what to take and when?
I'm 6'2" and weigh 193lbs. I want to gain muscle mass and cut fat.
