just picked up a bottle of it for $9.. normally its like $84 so i figured even if it was crap it wasnt a big loss.

the guy at the store was telling me its used to treat depression, give you more energy, burn fat, etc.

if it does any of this.. (a previous post said its only good for depression?), how long does it take to start working.. what is the best time and method to take it- with food, without, empty stomach; and how many doses per day should be taken? it doesnt really indicate how many times to take the 1/4 tsp serving size.

Inositol is a cutting agent for cocaine. The powderd form is very expensive. The pills are around 9.99 at GNC. Its a B-vitamin found in most multi vitamins. Its not really for what you want it for unless your snorting cocaine.
