Hey everybody, I've been lifting for a while now and have been gaining great results up until a few months ago. I haven't been taking any supps although I did try out creatine and NO2 ( guess I just fell into the fad ) but I really did hit a wall. My weight fluctuates around 175-180 but I can't get any bigger. I eat like its my job, I even was taking those XXL shakes with 1090 calories in each for a while. ( I obviously didn't drink the entire thing in one sitting ) I change my work-out routine almost every 2 weeks ( not significantly but enough to make sure my body doesn'y get use to it. ) I cut out cardio completely and was thinking of trying out this andro stack. I do a lot of research first but I also wanted to see if anyone here tried this.
This is my stack:
19-Norandrostenendione 100mg
5-Androsten-3b-17b-Diol 100mg
Androstenedione 100mg
Tribulus Terrestris 500mg
I would take two servings of this in the morning and two 30 minutes before my work-out. Is this just a waste of money? From what I've read it may help. Any thoughts?

They work, but IMO they're all but a waste of money. Just use the good stuff and pin it. You might be well-served to take a week or two off from training as well. Post your diet, you're probably not eating as much as you think.
welcome to the boards!
there is better stuff stuff out there, good food with calories dialed in will give the same results as taking any of that AND you will hold onto gains better without any sides.
without seeing your diet, I would focus on dialing in your food before you start to experiment. I dont want you to think I am not saying your not eating right, just maybe not as much as you think you are, and even eating right some people's metabolisms are operating in pure BEAST mode and no matter what they eat they have a hard time gaining, but that is rare.....
also, remember that it takes time to get results, I think generally your muscles will respond to exercises better over time = 6 months to a year.
you can speed things up with a good diet, but it still takes time (I only say this as precaution = you did not post how long you have been training)
back to your origianl post, you listed what you were thinkning about taking......but your missing the other side of the coin = side effects. Again, I am just playing devils Advocate cause you did not post this information = be safe man and get all the information covered beforehand.
Im with jason, how many calories ar you getting a day and what do you eat?

Thanx for the info guys, I've been counting calories when I was on those shakes ( the ones with 1090 calories ) and I was eating almost 4000 calories a day. I'm taking two weeks off right now. About 2 months ago I went from lifting 5 days a week to 4, and a few months before that it was 6 days a week. I've been lifting for almost a year straight and before that I was going through my Marine training so I'm sure my metabolism is through the roof. I think I might have to just be a little lazy to get big and take a powerlifter's routine or something. I really don't think I'll get any sides from the andro, but does anyone know if its strong enough to need a pct? I Love this board by the way, so much knowledge here. So I guess this is what I might do; These 2 weeks off, then take the andro stack work-out 5 days a week ( or should I do 4? ) and record calorie intake to around 4000 a day. I guess just try to keep my metabolism down. What do ya think?

If you're not gaining at 4000 a day, up it to 5000. If you can't gain without it, you'll be hard-pressed to gain much with it.
You would need PCT, but after a year of lifting, you don't need any sort of chemical help just yet. EAT MORE>
4000 calories, especially given that over 2000 was coming from weight gainer shakes, isn't really that much food. Like Jason said, you just have to eat more.
well it is really up to you in the end, and it sounds like you want to experiment with it so just be safe...
your last post seems to dictate that you would have a very high metabolism so whether or not you take the PH's I would definitely eat more than 4000 calories a day. shakes are good to bump calories, and dont forget about flax oil, some take up to 5 tablespoons (500 calories) to bump up caloric intake while bumping....
bump it to 5000 and weigh yourself after a week = you should gain 2-5 pounds a week if on the PH's and shoot for 1-3 pounds a week without them. If you dont gain each week then EAT MORE cause you will be wasting your money spent on any PH's if you aint eating enough to gain.
I dont think the sides are gonna be severe with those PH's listed, but you wanne be safe cause everyone is different and PH's are far enough removed from the real deal that most of them have more sides than benefits (I am sure you heard this before).
and also get you nolva before you get anything so you got it....
if you gonna be using the PH's then I would hit the gym 5 days a week and eat like a beast to gain.......or hit the gym 4 days a week and no PH's and eat like a beast.
either way hit the gym hard (rotating intensities and max lifts) to gain at least 5-20 pound jumps every week on lifts.
for myself, I am on 1test/4ad (5 weeks) and making 10-50 pound jumps on upper body lifts and 20-80 pound jumps on lower body lifts. and I eat like a DEMON gaining .5 - 1 lb of BW a day. but Im a moose LOL.
focus on legs if you use the PH's to get the big lifts way up and everything else will follow suit. legs are the most important part of the gym bro'
