Hey everyone. I just wanted to say "Hi." I am starting on a round of creatine Monohydrate for the second time in my life. The other time, my body responded very well.
I am on a predominately brown rice, cucumber, Boston Blue fish diet.
I am currently doing 4 workouts:
1. Chest, Tris and core
2. Back, Bis, Forearms
3. Shoulders
4. Legs
I hope people can help me be encouraged. I really, really, really want it bad. I want to be packed, hard and huge.
I pray that I will have the strength to see my goals reach fruition; all in God's strength and my sweat!
Have a great day!

My workout today was very deliberate and slow movements. I had awesome energy on the treadmill.
Dyed my hair blonde today as well. Kinda fun!
Have had great meals today. Brown rice, poached fish, a bit of soya, cucumbers with some vineger. Pretty low fat. Eating every three hours.
Lots of prayer and reading the Bible too with my beautiful girlfriend; Life is good. Your guys' support means a lot already.
