Question about 1-AD/4-AD Cycle...

Hi guys, first of all, I hope u all doing alrite. Well, I would like to start a cycle to gain mass, and I'm planning to get 1-AD by Ergopharm and 4-AD Extreme w/DHB by Ids... would u tell me guys what do u think? What dosis to take and for how long?

You could do a 6week cycle at 600mg 1-ad and 900mg 4-ad. That seems to be a pretty standard first PH cycle.

At 20, 162lbs and 18%bf there is no need for PH's/AAS, you got a low more natual growth left.

Well, my plan was the next, I was going to take 3 caps of 1-AD a day, that is 300mg and 3 caps of 4-AD that is 900mg... is thaat alrite??? or do I need to take more?

300mg is more of a break-even dose. You're going to have to take more than that to gain any reasonable benefit from it. Like JasonL said, 600mg of 1-AD will suffice.

Can I increment the 4-AD dose from 900mg to 1,200mg a day?? or 900mg is more than enough???...

Guys, do u think that the cycles in the link below are more effective than a 1-AD/4-AD cycle??? because they are a lot more expensive...for what kind of stack should I go??? start a 1-ad/4-ad cycle or get an stack from those in the link?

Well guys, I'm rdy to start my cycle. I got 1-AD caps by Ergopharm, and 4-AD Extreme with DHB by Ids... I'm planning to make a 6 week cycle running 600mg/1ad, and 900mg/4ad, or should I make a longer cycle? or 6 weeks is enough?
What do u think about it? and what should I get for anti-estrogen, and post cycle? if nova or clomid, where do I get them? thnx guys
