View Full Version : 1 serving or 2 at a time

with protein and atlarges opt. is it best to take each serving through out the day or could i take 2 servings at a time and not be wasting most of it?

Take one serving pre workout and one post workout. That would be your best bet. If you are spreading them out throughout the day without any lifting, just take one between breakfast and lunch and another between lunch and dinner. I would spread them out like that, but thats my opinion.
