Just 315x6 for a 500 lb raw bencher? Pretty light today huh?

actually I was burning out. I can do 315 for 18 reps. I am trying to lose weight remember. So if I were to train and do 315 for sets of 15 wouldn't that be counterproductive. Try to pin me, you can't. Cause I'm not lying though you think I am

No, it's counterproductive to do 6 reps with your 18 RM.

not if your burning out, I can understand if you just get on there and only do 6
