Look through all those different recipes. This guy makes a lot of different rubs for different meats.

Have you ever tried Uncle Chris's steak seasoning? I put it on any and every type of meat, cooked just about any way I can think of, and it always tastes awesome. You can pick it up at your local grocery store.

here is one of my personal favorites, it goes great on BBQ chicken, steak, pork, turkey and potatoes.

American BBQ rub

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sweet paprikia
3 tablespoons black peper
4 tablespoons corse salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons celery seeds
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

one batch will last quite a while for two people

enjoy
