The types of beef meat that contains the most protein, less fat and softest to chew???? e.g. Angus, sirloin.... Do you know a website that explains the differences between beef types?? I can't find one..and i am lost as to what's what...

Tired of eating chicken breasts, I need more iron in my system

96 percent ground beef is the hightest i can find. Albertsons makes it. 150 cal 40 fat cal 25 grams protein. But it's 4-6 bucks a pound though. Really easy to chew, and skinny.

Added it to fav's as well, good resource that beats looking up the different types individually one by one, real time-saver. :)

The Beef Information Centre's slogan was pretty corny though. :)

thanks for the site..... I guess i have to try out which is the softest meat...Most of the steak i cook in the morning, are hard as rock in the afternoon
