I was told last night that creatine monohydrate (100%) is best assimilated into the muscles through Grape or Grapefruit juice. Can anyone tell me whether this is the case or not?

Anything that causes an insulin spike (as juice does) is probably going to aid in the absorption of the creatine by the muscles. However, it won't make that much of a difference (if any at all, especially once creatine stores in your muscles are saturated), and unless it's post-workout you don't want those sugars in your diet.
