Hi, anyone have a study or data to confirm/deny whether creatine can be taken with a hot drink? I have read that taking creating with caffeine (hot drink normally = coffee/tea for me) is not the best but I find if I take with a cold drink or water, stomach lets me know about it later on. I find that dissolving it doesn't seem to upset the stomach. Opinions or other references are appreciated.
