TRX "Natural Testosterone Enhancer For Men"

I bought a little supplemtn recently which is a natural testosterone enhancer for men. How do you think this will work? The directions say take 1 a day. It contains:

Tribulis Terristris
Horney Goat Weed
Milk Thistle Extract
Saw Palmetto
Wild Yam
Maca
Mura Puama
Panax Ginseng
Avenata Sativa
Gingko Biloba

I'm always in the mood to have my testosterone production in top shape, so of course I'm taking this supp.

I wouldn't waste my money on that in the future, but some of those things are good for overall health. Tribulus is worthless IMO. Also, I do remember reading a study stating milk thistle has a negative effect on protein synthesis. I was unable to find it though.

I asked about carrying prohoromones at the local vitamin world, the lady brought out some of that Tribulis crap, i forget what brand, claimed she had heard good things from customers but i dont know. It wasnt exactly cheap, $40 or around there i think, so you might as well buy s1+ or something, that stuff just doesnt seem worth it.

I'll tell you this right now, working in sales myself (GNC), the women probably never heard **** about the Tribulis. She was probably just telling you it was great and she's heard good things so you'd buy it and she would get more commision.

Let me give some good advice I once heard on here, makes perfect sense, and you should do it everytime.

Research BEFORE you buy!

Sure you can take it back if we tell you it's junk, but why waste your time when you can ask before you buy it. The vast amount of these supplements are junk anyway.

Go with the assumption that all supplements are junk and let the burden of proof be on the company to show you that the stuff works. Are there studies? Do the claims pass the bull**** test? How long has the company been in business? etc....

Most of us are always on the lookout for that little edge that will help to gain LBM. We all get blinded at one time or another by marketing hype; try to step back and look objectively at what the supplement company is saying. Personally my gut tells me that this sup is crap. But call the company with a list of questions and see what their reaction is and what sort of feeling you get from talking to them. Start with this question: What EXACTLY does it mean to enhance testosterone ? I'm betting that no one that you talk to will be able to give you an answer that you feel comfortable with.

Just my humble opinion; take it for what it's worth.

It's the same with almost all supplements as far as I'm concerned. These supplements that we call "crap" are actually made of useful ingredients...it's just that one has to take 10 X the recommended dose to see anything visible, and at this point, the supplement becomes far too expensive.

Who has trouble getting an erection ? When you think performance enhancers it should be to increase duration of intercourse and not to give you a stiffy.

ah I have an interesting question. I was at a pharmacy a few weeks ago and they had "Sizeable pills" its supposed to be a penis enlarger. Somehow It just doesnt make sense, how can a pill make an organ bigger ? Im guessing it has the same effect of viagra which will just give you a harder erection by flowing more blood but would that actually increase size ?

If they are referring to limp dicks then perhaps it would...it would give them an erection.

What happens if you give a normal guy with no probs viagra ? Any difference ?

Many of these studies on supps. like Tribulus are done with 40+ males who's natural testosterone production has dropped. Most are a complete waste of money for anyone under 30.
