How do these nuts for ya. I have heard that they have :to much" fat, but what about someone on a bulk? or should I stick with almondsand Peanuts ?

i can't realy tell ya about pistachios but i eat alot of walnuts supposedly they improve elasticity of the arteries up to 64% almonds have as much calcium as 1/4(60ml) of milk and more fiber than any other nut pecans contain gamma tocopherol a unique form of vit E

I would stick with Almonds and Dry Roasted Peanuts.

Is there any way to get regular peanuts not dry roasted? I tried a few grocery stores, and a health store, but couldn't find it, even in the fresh peanuts. I think roasting reduces vitamins a little.

They are great. I think they are a great source of good fats.
