nicely done my man, perfect from , i will now idalize my form after that, although that is jsut about what i do now except your legs are a little wider, and your feet are aimed way out, is that just for balance or what??

also id like to max on deads sometime but im just so worried about putting to much weight and hurting my back, what do u do reps at so i can compare and see maybe where im at in deads

Nice lift bro! That looked like your first attempt. At 160 pounds not bad at all. I barely broke 620 on deadlift & I was a 198!

Since he's been slack at WBB, here are his results from DS.



Squat:
1st- 560... 3 whites/EZ(9 lb meet PR)
2nd- 600...miss(forgot to buckle my belt/got down and went I started to drive went nowhere)
3rd- 620...3 whites(69 lb meet PR/new AAPF American record 165 open)

Bench:
1st- 315... 3 whites/EZ
2nd- 340... 2 whites/lockout was a hige fight!!!(10 lb meet PR)
3rd- 355....miss/no touch

Deadlift:
1st- 460...3 whites(qualified for Seniors)
2nd- 500... 3 whites/EZ!!!(15 lb meet PR/ first successful 500 in a meet in 9 attempts!!!)
3rd- 540...miss/ no chance

Total- 1460(95 lb meet PR).... 1st place 165 open/Best Lifter full power

Indeed it is. The lift is awesome, regardless of date, though. And I'm amazed the host still has it up. Anyway, does everyone use that stance when they DL? Because I have serious work to do if so.

I know it's a great lift, but he can likely do more at this point in time.

No, not everyone does sumo style deadlifts (legs spread wide apart). I do conventional deadlifts (legs about shoulder width) at the moment, but I plan to possibly switch to sumo because I think I can pull more that way.

Impressive. You're almost at 4 X BW on squats!!! For 3 weeks out being able to do 515, you've probably got 550 in you if you taper right.

I like a really wide sumo stance cause the bar doesnt hit my shins as much.

Yeah he lowered weight for competition. But I think he deadlifts more now?

I'm jealous. Did you see how far the weight moved, I'd say about a foot. I'm 6'1" and when I dead(standard) the weight rises over two feet.
