09-03-2004, 12:10 PM
Smooth lift! Looked like you still had at least 20lbs in you.

09-03-2004, 01:13 PM
If you are doing that much weight at 160, you must be one quick little ****. You ever time your 20 meter shuttle, or your 40?

Absolutely sick!!!!!

09-06-2004, 08:16 PM
nicely done my man, perfect from , i will now idalize my form after that, although that is jsut about what i do now except your legs are a little wider, and your feet are aimed way out, is that just for balance or what??

also id like to max on deads sometime but im just so worried about putting to much weight and hurting my back, what do u do reps at so i can compare and see maybe where im at in deads

Nice lift bro! That looked like your first attempt. At 160 pounds not bad at all. I barely broke 620 on deadlift & I was a 198!

Thats one HUGE squat!!!

09-11-2005, 12:44 PM
Any updates Chris?

09-11-2005, 12:53 PM
damn good job man. you are pretty amazing.

09-11-2005, 12:56 PM
Keep in mind, this thead is...about a year old.

09-11-2005, 05:28 PM
Indeed it is. The lift is awesome, regardless of date, though. And I'm amazed the host still has it up. Anyway, does everyone use that stance when they DL? Because I have serious work to do if so.

09-11-2005, 06:26 PM
I know it's a great lift, but he can likely do more at this point in time.

No, not everyone does sumo style deadlifts (legs spread wide apart). I do conventional deadlifts (legs about shoulder width) at the moment, but I plan to possibly switch to sumo because I think I can pull more that way.

09-12-2005, 03:03 PM
Impressive. You're almost at 4 X BW on squats!!! For 3 weeks out being able to do 515, you've probably got 550 in you if you taper right.

09-12-2005, 03:36 PM
I like a really wide sumo stance cause the bar doesnt hit my shins as much.

09-12-2005, 04:27 PM
and again for everyone, this is a year old hes probably deadlifting 700 lbs by now.

09-12-2005, 10:16 PM
i thought he was competing at 148 now.

09-12-2005, 10:18 PM
Yeah he lowered weight for competition. But I think he deadlifts more now?

09-25-2005, 03:47 PM
nice lift man. i'm going for 495 next week, but i weight 210 :(

haha. maybe when i hit 600 i'll feel strong.

10-07-2005, 07:22 AM
I'm jealous. Did you see how far the weight moved, I'd say about a foot. I'm 6'1" and when I dead(standard) the weight rises over two feet.

10-07-2005, 09:32 AM
OMG that is one of the more ridiculous displays of strength I've seen.

OMGWTF I need to see a vid of the squat too.

10-24-2005, 09:25 AM
AWESOME LIFT!!!!!!!!!!
You make me look like a srawny little school girl
