I wanna get my traps a lot bigger, i think thats what im lacking the most in. I basicly do shrugs with dumbells and the machine things. My fingers start killling me when i go up in weight with the dumbells. Any one have any tips for traps thanks.

I find bb to be easier than DB's at my gym.
This is due to width of the grips and the tred on db's always seems to be sharp at my gym...
use straps if needed or chaulk if allowed

Smith machine behind the back rows and HEAVY, as high as you can lift it. One of the few exercises I get a real burn from in my traps.
Deadlifts and full range of motion shrugs. So many people seem to just grab the heaviest dumbbells they can and move them like 1/8 inch and call them "shrugs". Put your ego aside and do them properly.

You should keep at the DBs/BB without straps, because the gripping will beef up your forearms
Or you could try gripless shrugs in the calve raise machine
