View Full Version : Which is better while trying to bulk?

I drink a lot of milk to help keep my calorie count up but this keeps me pretty full and I dont have much room for water. I hear people say you should drink about a gallon of water a day.

So basicly what I would like to know is, is it ok that I am not drinking as much water if I am drinking a lot of milk? I still drink plenty of water while I train though.

Also why exactly is it nesesarry to drink so much water all the time? Thanks

Since milk is mostly water, you should be OK substituting milk for some of your water intake.

Drinking water also keeps your more healthy. It basically cleans your system out.
