Looks like a good base. You just need to build some thickness, especially in your lats. Are you deadlifting and squatting? If not you need to do so as those seem to build the most mass the fastest. Your bodyfat is lookin right on. I'd say around or maybe even under 10%. But then again, I'm not the greatest at geussing precise bodyfat either... Where's the pics of the legs? You're not one of those guys that only lift upper body are ya? ;)

I have been deadlifting and squatting since I started lifting. I don't know, usually people tell me I look fairly wide/thick for my size, but I know I'm still pretty little. I've been lifting off and on for about 2 years.
