hey here's some pictures from february, and some pictures from today.
im 15 years old
during february i was about 5'7 127 and now im 5'8 140ish.
On my bros bodyfat analyzer I averaged 9%.

hey russ your pics look good. I see a mass increase all over mostly chest and back. How many cals you take in a day and what is your workout split?

too be honest I don't really keep track of what I eat too much, and I haven't been working out a lot lately, I'm going to start getting back into it in the next couple weeks. I don't know how many calories I eat, probably more than normal but I burn them off a lot.

I do pushups and crunches whenever possible

When I work out (lately) I've been doing mainly squats, military, curls, starting to do lats

You look more tone than larger in size, you need to track you diet and take in atleast 250 grams of protein per day. DIET is they key you dont grow in the gym only outside of it and you cant grow if you dont eat right. Good luck

He doesn't need 250 grams of protein a day, he only ways 140 pounds. at the most I'd say about 200 but he probably only needs around 1 g / per pound body weight
