Trimspa is about all I know of... that and Xenadrine. I tried Alpha-Hydroxycut a while back but right after I took the dosage, I threw up. Needless to say I don't use that any more... :)

Any advice? Just need it to couple with my workouts to burn more fat than I normally do.

Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin. Although Ephedra is not available anymore, Ephedrine HCL is everywhere and cheap. You can get 100 tabs for $9.99 at any local Taliban Mart. Caffeine and Aspirin are dirt cheap. Less than $20 a month and it works. Anything else these days just doesn't compare. Be cautious of people that pimp any herbal fat burners that cost more than $20 a month. They are basically Caffeine/Green Tea and Synepherine (sp).Look at the ingredients carefully. Also, you might need to tighten up on the diet and cardio. If it was easy, we would all be pretty.

It basically works for everybody, but there is no need to use the aspirin. It's actually more harm than good, so just omit it. ephedrine and caffeine are very synergistic and will keep your metabolism humming throughout a cut.

Another product I've tried and liked for a cut is Sesathin from Avant Labs. The results I've seen early in the cut have been fairly impressive vs. without.

Here's how I'd do it:

25mg/200mg 3x a day, stopping about 6 hours before bedtime. So, if you go to bed around 10:00pm, 4:00pm would be a good time to stop. Just so you know, 200mg is about 10oz of coffee, on average (samples show 47mg-164mg/5oz, so the average is 210mg/10oz). So, you can just drink coffee throughout the day and take an ephedrine.
