hey im 13 127lbs and currently trying to gain mass but not have my bf% go up to high

my daily diet
protein/carbs/fat
Meal1 (5:30) 3/4c oatbran, 2 scoops leanbodydessert protein 47/64/6
meal2(9:00): post workout protein shake or bar 40/30/10
meal3(12:15): (2) 4 oz chicken breasts ,2 cups brocolli 50/8/6
meal4 (4:00): same as 3 50/8/6
meal5 (7:30): 2 scoops isopure 50/0/0

that comes out to
protein-237g = 948cals
carbs-110g =440 cals
fat-28g = 252cals
so about 1640 calories a day


My workout schedual
monday:cardio 20min a.m,
p.m chest, bis
tuesday:neck,shoulders,calves
wednesday:abs,cardio
thursday:back, triceps
friday:off
saturday:legs
sunday:off

also wondering if thats to much carbs to eat in meal 1

Well 1600 cals probably won't do much for you. Try it out and see what happens. If you gain weight, then great. If not, up the cals. Carbs in the morning is fine. You'll need them. Workout looks fine.
