Desired amount of apples. Cut them up into quaters taking out the core. Put them in a pot with about 250ml of water, maybe less. Let them boil until they are very soft. Place in blender, sprinkle in some cinneman (sp) and some brown sugar, and blend (do not put all the apples into the bender at once though). Voila, apple sauce.

i love when recipes come up as i love to cook! Maki i also make plum sauce like that if you like plums! you can try it

Btw, apple sauce makes a nice topping for your oatmeal in the mornings.
