Ok I did a search but the answer that I got to my question didnt seem to be right.

I have been on a cut for 11 weeks now and I wanted to eat at maintenance for a week or two then start a cut again. I wanted to do this just so I could raise my metabolism. Are there any formulas I can use to tell me what my maintenance calories would be? Everything I saw added up to around 3700 and that seemed way to high because I'm currently at 1500 caloreis a day.

Also how should I raise my calories up to whatever number is my maitenance? Should I do it all at once or add 300 calories a day untill i get to maitenance or what?

I'm 6'2 189 12-14% bf

forumula = eat enough to where you dont gain or lose

whether you want to introduce the calories back in all in one day or gradually step it up is up to you... if you arent eating over maintenance it won't matter too much.

Dependent on the amount of activity, 3700 sounds about right. Check out the calculators on the net.
