Since college started I have had a hard time eating lots of good, healthy foods ... I've improved with the carbs now, but I can't think of anything short of protein shakes that I can keep in my dorm room and have at night and such. I have a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and a toaster. Other than that I don't have much to work with. If I want something high in protein and healthy at night what are some options?
Also, the food that the cafeteria has sucks.
