What is after the ECA stack??

Been working out for a lot of years, getting big...I weigh 215lbs and can bench 310lbs..never been stronger. I have cycled off/on ephedrine-caffeine for years now. I take it for that energy blast to work out, taking 24mg Ephedrine and 400mg caffeine about 45 min prior to working out. I have cycled off and on, sometimes for 6 months. lately I find that the EC stack does nothing...like I mean, I don't feel a thing!
Is it time for a change? Should I be doing something different? Suggestions...thanks. :whip:

He's not asking what it is, galileo. He's saying that he's used it a lot and cycled it, and it no longer is as effective for providing a quick energy boost.

In any event, you can try L-Tyrosine/Caffeine stack. Black Star Labs (http://www.blackstarlabs.com) has a product called Go! that gets talked about a lot and has good reviews with respect to energy boost w/ no crash.

True - Shao-LiN, thanks...I know that the ECA topic has been beaten to death, I just wonder what other successes people have had when they find that ECA no longer is effective. Am I the only one? Or I assume that eventually most people will build a tolerance to ECA. I am in Canada and I searched my local SND shop for L-Tyrosine, perhaps it is not available in Canada?

People build tolerances to its stimulatory effects, but the efficacy of the ECA stack increases with chronic/prolonged usage.

Well, I just have a quick question about the E/C stack. I wanna lose 20 - 25 lbs and I just got a bottle of Ephedrine and I am gonna get some caffeine pills here when it gets in, but how many per day should I do it?

Also, should I take the caffeine pills eachtime I take the Ephedrine or what?

ECA stacks are all to often used as a replacement for a good diet.
This inevitably leads to failure to lose weight.

Undereating is another big culprit.

I recommend tracking your diet and addressing nutrition (if you haven't already)

I just started an ECA stack as well. I was told to try to get the Ephedrine HCL with low doses of Guaifenesin in it due to it giving you gas and cramps. I saw the 39.95 Ephedrine from dnepharm.com as Regenvelc mentioned, which is 25mg of just Ephedrine HCL. I went to 7-11 and got some of the small packets of Ephedrine HCL 25mg/Guaifenesin 200mg as well as a few packets of 357 magnums (200mg Caffeine) to try out first. I got like 2 weeks worth for about $5 and a bottle of asprin 325mg for .99. So far, neither me or my wife (who is doing the ECA as well) have experienced either gas or cramps. I would suggest trying that route to see if you need to get it without the Guaifenesin or not. Good luck with the stack.

Yeah, I ended up getting the Vaspro HCL stuff, that place with the 374 count wanted my ID and Social Security card photocopied to them, which I called and cancelled my order.
